Writers have been known to psychically tap into the future, perhaps unknowingly, revealing speculative events in their fictional stories which later come true. While some have referred to this phenomenon as precognitive insight revealed in the written word, others have referred to it as prophetic writing.

Have you ever asked for a dream that would help answer a question in your waking life? I routinely do. In fact, it's common for me to ask to remember dreams that would help my storylines.

As a writer I’m often asked two questions.  In “A writer’s journey to finding her way Part I” I shared insights on the question, “How did you begin to write?”  In this entry I continue those insights as well and address another common question, “What thoughts would you share with an aspiring writer?”
